Help me raise funds for a very important cause &end the stigma around mental health 💛
I’m taking part in Darkness Into Light 2025 on Saturday, May 10th, to help raise vital funds for local charities supporting people affected by suicide and self-harm. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a huge difference.
This will be my first year participating, and it’s a cause that’s very personal to me. I’ve known and lost too many people to suicide, and it’s something that weighs heavily on my heart. Suicide is so often misunderstood, and I believe we don’t talk about it nearly enough.
To me, suicide is not an act of selfishness – it’s a heartbreaking, tragic way for someone to leave this world, and I never want anyone to feel like they have to face that kind of pain alone. My goal is to make sure that everyone gets the help and support they need and that mental health is taken seriously. Just because someone looks fine on the outside doesn’t mean they are. It's okay to not be okay. Let’s make mental health a priority every day, not just for one day 💕
