Do I have to fundraise for Darkness Into Light?
Pieta is 80% funded by public fundraising and we rely heavily on your support. No matter how small, every cent counts and goes towards extending our life saving services to everyone who needs them.
Once you register to take part in Darkness Into Light you will automatically get a fundraising page but it is up to you if you wish to share this with friends and family. Fundraising is optional, but impactful!
Why am I being charged for a T-shirt?
It costs Pieta €8.50 to print and deliver each t-shirt for Darkness Into Light. In an effort to ensure our services remain free of charge to anyone that needs them, we must charge a nominal fee for the iconic Darkness Into Light t-shirt. While we have a fresh new design for 2026, we still enourage you to reuse your previous t-shirt if you so wish.
